The Part-time TEFL course is an extended version of the intensive TEFL courses carried out over a minimum of 120 hours. Designed to fit around people in full time work.
The part-time TEFL courses are extended versions of the Cambridge CELTA, the Trinity CertTESOL, or other 4-week TEFL courses.
This course will give you grounding in TEFL/ TESOL methodology and teaching techniques, as well as some observed classroom practice, before you embark on a career as a TEFL/TESOL teacher, make a career change, or start on a long gap project.
Most part-time courses run outside normal office hours to give those in full-time employment the chance to complete a TEFL course. The 120 hours are taken over 12 to 36 weeks. This is still an intensive course, and you will be expected to complete tasks outside of the classroom.
