Course Feedback from past participants
“I would definitely recommend this course to a friend it is very good and easy to follow. It covers a lot of subjects and it is good for all levels. Beginners will learn a lot and non-beginners will find it as good revision.”

“I have learned a lot of valuable information from this course which will have a permanent influence over my studies to become a TEFL.”

“I found the course very interesting, once I started I didn’t want to stop and kept on saying this would be my last section but ended up studying it for hours.”

“The instructions were very clear and easy to follow for each exercise. It was clear what I had to do after reading the instructions once.”

“I have learned a lot of valuable information from this course which will have a permanent influence over my studies to become a TEFL teacher.”

“I really enjoyed watching the video clips, giving me new ideas for the classroom. I also think they were well chosen.”

“Personally I wasn’t expecting so much to be covered. I must say, I am really amazed!”

“I especially find the quizzes to be very interesting in being able to practise what one has learned right away.”

“[I would] most definitely [recommend the course to a friend]! In fact, I already have. I have shown it to some of my colleagues and they are very interested! I have to say, all in all [ELA is] a very good and intensive course that I would recommend to every TEFL teacher!”

“Very clear and concise which helps to memorise and stay focused on the basics that are expected from a teacher. Gives a good start on grammar without making it boring which made me go for my grammar book to explore it a little further.”

“Very interesting, it opened my eyes to areas of grammar that I normally take for granted.”

“Yes I would recommend it to a friend who has no TEFL background because it is a real eye opener to what is expected from a teacher. It also gave a good idea of where to start for a grammar revision before a TEFL course and helped me spot where are my weaknesses in grammar.”

Help for Jobs

We recommend that you decide where in the world you would like to go and do some internet research. The country equivalent of the Yellow Pages is also a good starting point, this way you can find how many language schools there are in your chosen destination and contact the school directly. A general rule of thumb is to try and avoid the bigger cities, where everyone else is likely to head for.

For more information about TEFL around the world you can view our TEFL country profiles.
