Job Description

Kang Ning English School is a private English school established in 1984. The school has two departments, the Language Department (LD), dominated with students of elementary and secondary school age, and Kindergarten Department (KD), with 3-6 years olds. Some of the LD students come twice a week for English instructions and some come everyday for different subjects in English. The KD students are educated in English on a daily basis. KD is an immersion program where teachers work from 9:00 am to 6:00 or 7:30 pm. The LD teachers work from 1:00 am to 9:30 pm. Saturday hours are optional with additional pay. There are eleven full-time English-native-speaking teachers from all over the world. We offer an educational environment that is positive, stable, and supportive with English-speaking staff. The foreign teachers’ turnover rate is the lowest in the Hsinchu county. We are looking for English native-speaking educators with a BA degree and teaching enthusiasm. All teachers are guaranteed with a stable salary with optional overtime pay. However, part-time teachers are also welcome. A full month TEFL Training Program with compensation, end-of-contract bonus, free staff trips, free meals, ARC, health insurance and paid national holidays/vacation are provided. We also offer full support with documents and pre-arrival preparations, accommodating couples and friends arriving together.
