Job Description
The Language Project is a small, friendly school catering for Juniors, Kids and Adult programmes in the summer months.
We require qualified EFL teachers (and, exceptionally, PGCE graduates with subject or age related qualifications) to teach during the summer months at our sites in Clifton and Wesley College.
All posts are for a minimum of two weeks, with a minimum of 15 contact hours per week. There are social obligations as part of the contract of one social event per week and one weekend event per fortnight. Classes will be General English, multi-lingual juniors or adults, with a maximum of 12-15 students. Many lessons will have materials provided with teachers’ notes (written by our Diploma-qualified team!), so preparation will be reduced in these cases.
To apply for positions, e-mail Pete at pete@languageproject.co.uk, making sure you attach your current CV and indicating when your availability.
We especially welcome applications from locally-based EFL teachers.
Pay £10.50 - £15 per hour, depending on experience.
Please note that the school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
