I was very impressed, both with the school and, particularly, with the trainers - their attention to detail and sheer hard work was amazing. They were very supportive and patient. The school was not too big and impersonal, but not too small to have all the resources we needed.
It was very challenging for someone like me, who hadn't been near a classroom for 45 years, but I loved pretty well every minute of it.

The school has good facilities and the trainers and my fellow trainees were lovely people. The course was very intense! Lots of hard work, but worth it in the end.
- Selina Salvatori -
The CELTA was extremely intensive. All the seminars were very helpful and gave me the knowledge to develop my teaching skills. The teaching practice was hard but a great opportunity to test what I had learnt during the seminars and to improve my own teaching.
- Stefania Burelli -
The trainers were absolutely fantastic, so supportive and were just brilliant. The school had a really friendly atmosphere and all of the staff was incredibly helpful.
- Philippa Irwin -

Help for Jobs
For the CELTA course
This centre runs a number of summer schools at locations throughout the UK, and it is possible to apply for a teaching position once you have passed the CELTA or equivalent. Occasional full, part, and fixed-term vacancies within the school do also occur throughout the year and people who have the CELTA or above will often be considered. Any inexperienced teacher who secures a job will benefit from a 'mentoring' scheme to help them settle into the role.
