TEFL Course + Job opportunities

Thinking of making a fresh start next year that goes above and beyond the usual new year’s resolutions?

Many of us use the Christmas break to dream up ways of starting a new life, and the New Year, with all the good intentions embodied in its resolutions, is a perfect time to start that process.

Over the years that Cactus TEFL has been helping people find and get accepted onto TEFL courses, we’ve realised that often, the only reason to stop you from making that leap from the life you’re leading to the one you want to live, is your concern for a guarantee that there will be a teaching opportunity for you after your TEFL course.

That’s why, in 2007, we’ll be providing information on job opportunities for TEFL teachers, sometimes in the shape of a TEFL Course + Job package, and sometimes in the form of information about organisations which need teachers, both immediately and at specific times of the year. Whichever way, from the outset, you’ll be able to see a clear route through to a job in the country of your choice after your TEFL course.

A TEFL + Job package means that you get to apply for the job and the course at the same time. This means that you can embark on your 4-week intensive, already safe in the knowledge that you won’t have to start madly dredging internet sites to find work as soon as you finish the course. This leaves you the time to really focus on your course and get the most out of it.

Taking a job via an organisation looking for teachers means that you can apply any time, either before or after your course, and this gives you great flexibility.

Each job will be a proper paid teaching job. In the further flung corners of the globe, jobs could also include accommodation and even flights, making it even easier for you to take the plunge.
