Bell International is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated EFL teachers of young learners at language centres and projects in Thailand.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Teacher Recruitment for Bell partner centres & programmes within the Assumption colleges (Assumption College Bangrak and Assumption College Thonburi) should not be confused with the recruitment of teachers for the main EP and other ELT programmes within these and other Assumption Colleges which are managed separately through the St Gabriel?s Foundation.
Staff contracts, terms and conditions advertised here are strictly for those teachers recruited directly through Bell International to work in Bell partner Language Centres and Programmes.
Main Duties
* work to timetable specified by the Director of Studies. This includes administrative tasks and ensuring the day to day upkeep of classrooms and resources.
* teaching EFL up to 21 hours per week, plus cover if required
* preparation of lessons
* marking of homework and classwork
* preparation, administration and marking of placement, progress and achievement tests.
* assessment and reporting of student performance
* development of supplementary materials for core syllabuses or for special courses
* contributing to the in-service training of Bell colleagues through presentations and workshops
* attending staff meetings and/or workshops arranged by senior staff
* assisting with the running of public ELT examinations
* playing a full and active part in the life of the school

Essential requirements:
* degree + Cambridge CELTA or DELTA (or equivalent)
* degree + post-graduate certificate in education (PGCE)
Desirable requirements
* experience of teaching English to young learners
* sound organisational and IT skills
* dependable and culturally aware, with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
* enthusiasm and a commitment to playing a full and leading role in all aspects of school life
Compensation:

In working with Bell partner schools in Thailand, you will in turn receive:
* A one or 2 year renewable contract
* gross salary range (dependent upon qualifications and experience) of between 44,000 - 54,000 Thai Baht per month (degree + Cambridge CELTA), or 48,000 - 56,000 (PGCE in relevant area), or 58,000 - 62,000 (DELTA).
* one single economy airfares for staff recruited outside of Thailand (1-year contracts)
* two single economy airfares for staff recruited outside of Thailand (2-year contract)
* end of contract completion bonus
* 8 weeks paid holiday per year, plus public holidays
* health and medical insurance cover in-country
* visa & work permit
